The vacation A & C enjoyed and made memories at was because your beautiful idea, YOU made that happen, you gave that gift to them! What a journey. I’ve been through some of the same. I have found several
Outlets through some wonderful local organizations. Through them I do yoga that takes care to modify for those of us in treatment and the after effects. I get a weekly soundbath. I have done reflexology, learned about managing my stress and have a network of mostly on line friends that understand and answer lots of question.. I have found my way to art which has been my saving grace. I know you have a lot of friends. If you’d like to reach out please get in touch.
